2. Exercise in the morning before eating breakfast. Any workout will do as long as you go for a light sweat. A 20-minute jog around the park, riding a stationary bike, or doing the treadmill will be beneficial for you. The important thing is to do this before breakfast as your body will burn the most fat without with the absence of food.
3. Eat a light dinner. One of the best tip on how to tone stomach muscles is to avoid eating a heavy dinner. The reason being is that your body will have less time to burn your food and once you sleep, your metabolism slows down which results into fat.
